Program description

4 Data Points Academy, Inc. sends text messages to people who opt in on our website forms, checkout pages or by texting a keyword to 702-710-8030. There are two types of messages, and you choose each one separately:

• Customer care messages: replies to your questions, appointment and class reminders, purchase confirmations, and account and program updates.
• Marketing messages: news about programs, workshops, events and offers. You only receive these if you check the marketing box.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt in to customer care messages, marketing messages, both or neither.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@4datapoints.com or 702-710-8030.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
