Refund Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

1. All Sales Are Final

All 4 Data Points Academy purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes mentorship programs (Group Curriculum, One-on-One Mentorship, and Jumpstart Business Premier), workshops, courses, and Land Trust Document Preparation. Access and work begin immediately after purchase.

2. Workshops

If 4DPA cancels or reschedules a workshop, your registration moves to the new date. If you cannot attend and tell us before the session starts, we will move your registration to another date. Workshop fees are not refunded.

3. Problems With a Program

If something isn't working for you, email info@4datapoints.com. We will work with you to resolve it. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer.

4. Empire and VentureU

The Empire program and VentureU retreats have their own refund and cancellation terms, shown on those program pages and at checkout.
