Before founding 4 Data Points Academy, Odis worked in the multifamily commercial industry, where he oversaw about 2,700 apartment units and roughly $650 million in assets, led teams, negotiated vendor contracts and worked with construction and operations crews.
He also ran a mortgage brokerage that funded close to $1 billion in loans and built a national notary signing agent company. He is a licensed real estate broker in California and Georgia, licensed in insurance, and has consulted on development projects in the U.S. and abroad.
He founded 4 Data Points Academy to teach everyday people to analyze, structure, acquire and manage real estate like investors instead of consumers, using four questions: What does it cost? What does it cost to fix up? What will it be worth when it's done? How much income can it generate?
4DPA now runs two paths. Real estate: mentorship, the Multifamily Commercial Course and Land Trust Document Prep. Entrepreneurship: Empire business builds, the Entrepreneur Foundations course and the VentureU International Business Retreat. Personal development runs alongside both through the Self-Image Workshop and AscendU.
